1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bwtjili ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the bwtjili website located at bwtjili.net and all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities offered through the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bwtjili platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

bwtjili reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bwtjili platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bwtjili is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is illegal and prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, impairment, or any condition that would affect your capacity to enter into a binding legal agreement.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or director of bwtjili or any of its affiliated game providers or partner companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bwtjili or had an account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

bwtjili reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks on any player at any time. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identity documents when requested. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bwtjili may result in the suspension of your account and the temporary withholding of any pending withdrawal.

If bwtjili determines or reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. bwtjili will not release funds to any player confirmed to be under 18.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bwtjili services, you must create a registered account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change after registration.

With respect to account security, you agree to the following:

• You will choose a strong, unique password for your bwtjili account that is not used on any other platform.
• You will not share your login credentials — including your username and password — with any third party under any circumstances.
• You will enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account protection. bwtjili strongly recommends that all players activate 2FA immediately after registration.
• You will notify bwtjili support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You acknowledge that bwtjili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from bwtjili and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

bwtjili accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or have voluntarily shared them with another person.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bwtjili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT. Additional payment options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank transfers may be available subject to periodic updates to the Platform's payment infrastructure.

The following transaction limits and processing terms apply to all bwtjili accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Transaction fees: bwtjili charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. Note that your mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which bwtjili bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 banking days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes subject to network confirmation times.
• Withdrawal verification: bwtjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.

All account balances on bwtjili are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). USDT deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rates applied by bwtjili are indicative and may differ from mid-market rates.

bwtjili reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. Players subject to a withdrawal hold will be notified and given the opportunity to provide documentation to resolve the matter.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bwtjili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, seasonal promotions (including Eid, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC T20 World Cup specials), and VIP reward programme credits.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One bonus per player: Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address. Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Minimum deposit thresholds: Many deposit bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit amount to activate. The specific threshold is stated in the promotion details. • Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free bets have a defined validity period from the date of credit. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse and manipulation: bwtjili employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements. bwtjili reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

bwtjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bwtjili, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using bwtjili for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity. bwtjili is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage over bwtjili or other players. This includes sharing hole cards in poker variants, signalling in live casino games, or coordinating bets in sports betting markets.
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform on your behalf. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, or unintended feature of the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the Platform. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and may be subject to legal action.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward bwtjili staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat.

bwtjili actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bwtjili reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and permanently close the account. bwtjili may also report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bwtjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances under which bwtjili may suspend or close an account include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity, age, or payment verification requirements within a stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financially criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under bwtjili's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or any other legally binding directive requiring the closure of the account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. bwtjili will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee.

If your account is closed by bwtjili for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any outstanding wagering requirements or administrative fees.

Players may voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting bwtjili support via live chat and submitting a written closure request. Voluntary account closure does not entitle the player to a refund of any deposited funds that have already been wagered.

Self-exclusion requests are a form of account closure submitted under bwtjili's Responsible Gaming programme. Players who self-exclude for a minimum period of six months may not re-register or use an alternative account to access bwtjili during the exclusion period. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwtjili, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and game-provider partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
• Interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, network failure, or any force majeure event.
• Errors in game software provided by third-party studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional details that may be subject to change without notice.

bwtjili makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that any particular game or betting market will be offered at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bwtjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bwtjili's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration.
